Several times he steered me away from properties that I initially liked and used his expertise to point out features that would hinder the resale. Gord was exceptionally punctual and communicated with me frequently. I never had to wait long for an answer or an issue I had. At the beginning of the condo search, Gord warned me that it was going to be more like a marathon than a sprint, and he was right. It was a great having his expertise available.
