Kevin is not only a great realtor but also a great person. He is fun, very helpful and works very hard for his clients. He was very clear about the process of selling a house, explained the market, our house and the area and helped us set reasonable expectations for selling. We got multiple offers on our townhouse and were able to get above list price. Kevin was available all along and made sure we were well informed throughout the process. I would absolutely work with Kevin again!
