As a first time anything buyer, I wasn't sure of much except that I didn't want to use a real-estate agent. Luckily for me, I met Steve near the start of my search through a property he was representing. As a first time buyer, I had questions about everything during and after each viewing. The questions he could not answer during he got answers very quickly after. Questions were answered the same day they were asked. He was good at arranging viewings with places that I wanted to see. And good at finding places that he thought were a good fit for me. The condo I bought was actually one of his ideas. He would give his honest opinion on places we went to; whether it be location, pricing or generally a good fit for my life style. I never felt pressured into buying a place, no push no rush. He worked with my work schedule and still managed to get everything done. I believe he goes above and beyond in his role. "Would you recommend this agent to a friend?" Yes I would, in fact I've recommended him to two of my coworkers that are looking into home ownership and will recommend him to anyone I know.
