I've been buying and selling properties for at least 40 years and I've never had such a professional, ethical, trustworthy Realtor ever!! He always did everything he said he would, when he said he would and even did more than I expected (e.g. after asking my permission, on my behalf, he notified my Lawyer of the Sale of a property I Listed with him that Sold in a day for 10s of thousands more than List price) . Wish I would have found him 40 years sooner!! I've already recommended him to friends, on behalf of their parents, who are thinking of Selling. THE BEST!!!

Gord helped us both buy and sell a house. We had very particular buying requirements and the search took a long time, but Gord was always very patient and encouraging. As for selling our old house, he offered great advice on what renovations were worth doing and how to present the house to buyers. It sold two days after listing for well over our asking price.
