Brent deserves every one of these 5 stars! Selling our house felt daunting with two little kids, but his sense of humor and wealth of knowledge kept us sane during the stress. Knowing we wanted a quick sale, Brent helped us get our place listed immediately. All of his contacts (photographers, stagers, surveyors, etc) worked fast and were excellent. He explained every step in plain language, making it easy to follow. No matter the time of day, Brent promptly answered our texts and calls, happily addressing every question or concern with patience. He made the entire experience as stress-free as possible, and he sold our house in just 5 days for a price we were thrilled with!

This was our first home purchase, so by extension, Brent was more or less the first real estate agent my wife and I ever needed to deal with on an ongoing active basis for a couple of months. Not only was he simply phenomenal in way of communication, scheduling accommodation and just knowledge of the industry and market overall, he managed to exceed our expectations in almost every way as well. There was never a question left unanswered, nor were we ever left hanging to wait for answers or solutions... which, as we quickly found out, there are a LOT of when buying your first home. He was always prompt with getting back to us, clear with relaying whatever information was required, and every document we could have ever needed was provided proactively without us needing to ask or chase down after the fact. Brent is outstandingly professional, patient and just all around fantastically great at what he does in this space, and we would 100% hire him again in the future.

Brent was great! very knowledgeable. Very flexible on when I wanted to go see a place! He wasn’t pushy at all and took the time to find the right place for us! He also took the time to explain all the fine details that I didn’t understand! He took a lot of time to research the places around me and made the selling process very easy! Brent also has a great team behind him that made everything so much easier! (stager, Photographer, And finance brokers) Brent also has a great attitude and is very positive all the time! I will be going back to Brent when I want to make another upgrade in the future!
