Before we choose him as our realtor, he is patient and did not interrupt our decision process as some realtor bombarded us by emails and phone calls to "connect". Also his virtual staging of furnitures and wall decorations was seamless and perfectly match our floor style and color & wall color to show to the potential buyers. Thus our house sold in one day and also well above our asking prices! The virtual staging also help us to save $2500 staging fee and eliminate the headache for leaving wall holes for hanging pictures and potential problems of timing of moving staging furnitures.
