She comes to mind as the ideal realtor not only because of her excellent track record selling Summerside homes but also because of her love of the community which is made obvious by the various Summerside activities that Rhonda organizes such as community clean ups, Canada Day flag distribution and Christmas parades just to name a few.  Rhonda was so knowledgeable and supportive from start to finish. She guided us through what improvements were necessary before listing the house, she suggested a sale price that made our house competitive in the area, she encouraged us to counter and receive a fair price for our home, she frequently checked in throughout the process to provide us with updates and answer any questions that we might have had, her response times to inquiries, she provided us personal recommendations for tried and true vendors such as a carpet repair company and a real estate lawyer and above all she was so friendly!  We would also like to extend a thank you to Rhonda’s assistant Stacey who was always happy to answer any questions that we had, she updated us often regarding next steps and she was so bubbly and friendly making our experience very enjoyable!  We would definitely recommend Rhonda Narvtail for anyone who is about to begin the process of selling their home!
