I had a phenomenal experience working with team Paliwal for the purchase of my first home in Canada. Mr. Gyanesh Paliwal and Pankaj Bajaj are highly motivated and professional realtors who are always ready to help their clients. They have an eye for detail and are extremely good at understanding client preferences. What makes them unique is the fact that they not only focus on closing the deals, but also care about sharing the knowledge with their clients. Being a first-time home buyer, I had several concerns in the beginning but Mr Paliwal and Mr Pankaj helped me address every concern with extreme prudence. I am really impressed with their market insights and negotiation skills. Undoubtedly, I would love to work with them again in the future and strongly recommend them for all real estate solutions.

My experience with the team has been seamless. This was my first home purchase and I did not know what to expect. I anticipated a lot of stress and hardship. However I was pleasantly surprised when our agents negotiated the purchase. They took care of all my concerns and I was left with the house of my dreams!
