Now in August 2020, we were again in the market to buy our next home. It took us no time to decide and contact Gyanesh and he right away started working on our home buying project. Carmen Lombardi, from his team, has been working with us while Gyanesh was always in touch minute to minute. Within 2 weeks because of the smart hard work and great professionalism of Team Paliwal, we got the house of our dreams at a well-negotiated price - even though there were multiple offers on the seller's table for the house we loved. We came back to you again to upgrade to a bigger home and our experience this second time was also awesome and Excellent. We got our first home through RE/MAX Real Estate agents -Team Paliwal in 2014 and now after 6 years we wanted to move into a bigger house so we knew where to go, and it was Mr Gyanesh Paliwal and his team. We started our search earlier in January 2020 and team Paliwal showed us so many houses during this period of time with all happiness and then things went down due to COVID. After everything slowed down, we started our search again with all precautions. We must say that Team Paliwal has been taking good care of their client in the showings during COVID 19. My wife and I were very clear regarding our requirement for a new house and so they were showing us houses which fulfil most of our requirement. Every time they show us house with same great smile, energy and enthusiastic approach. But before real estate market warms up, as per their suggestion we started looking for houses again from June 2020 and finally when Akaknsha Paliwal showed us our dream house and we liked it but it was little over our budget but Mr Gyanesh has very good negotiation skills and he got us this house in our budget, it was listed for $1.130 Million and he got it for us at $1.05M which is $80k below the listed price. They came with us for inspection and was checking all minor details with a home inspector to ensure everything is good in house. We have always recommended them to many of our friends, we are and we will always recommend Team Paliwal to you if you want to upgrade or for all of your real estate needs. We have been Client of Gyanesh and his RE/MAX Team Paliwal for around 14 years now and has done several real estate transactions through him as investors. Each time it has been a great and pleasant experience to deal with Gyanesh and his team. They recently SOLD our 2 Bedroom apartment near Square one in Mississauga. Let me start off by giving you a bit of a background about my experience with realtors. Gyanesh and his Daughter Akanksha Paliwal from RE/MAX Team Paliwal is the fifth realtor I have worked within the last four years. Trust me when I say this - None of the 4 even came close to the service Gyanesh and his daughter -Akanksha Paliwal provided us. Even though 1 of the 4 other realtors that I'm comparing to, is a close friend of mine with several years of industry experience. Not only was this father-daughter duo professionally sound, but they went above and beyond on every little thing. Plus, they did all of this while being in the centre of a pandemic. I very strongly urge everyone to meet them before deciding on any realtor. I can bet that you would not go with anyone else once you meet either of them. The best thing is - (1) They never push you to get in contact with them (2) They feel more like a friend than a service provider (3) They are not a YES sir sort-of professional; meaning, they will provide comments that a true friend would (4) They are extremely knowledgeable about the market (5) They take their time in understanding all your needs and guiding you all the way (6) They will ensure you get the best deal; neither miss out on something nor rush into something (7) They guide you on things that you didn’t even consider but would need to know as part of the buying/selling process (8) They will find you all ad-hoc service providers you as suggestions for - Lawyer, Electrician, Etc (9) They will take their personal time to come out and help you with your move. As I said above, they did things that I would have never expected. All part of a good gesture with no strings attached. Know this - We didn't even have a signed contract with each other until our first showing. They were okay with providing me guidance just based on the confidence that I would not opt for anyone but them. One thing is for sure, they will represent me and all my close friends with our real estate needs going forward. Can’t think of even one reason as to why I would hire anyone else (if and when needed). I can keep going on and on about this duo but I guess, you got the gist! Paliwal family is the way to go!!
