It was a pleasure to do business with Gyanesh. As a single women buying for the first time, I was very nervous. Gyanesh Insured I knew what was going on and had all the available options. We went to see many different house and he never pressured and took his time to explain the pros and cons of each home. I found my dream home, in a great neighbourhood and in my price range. Gyanesh negotiated and we settled on a perfect price well within my budget, for the perfect home.

<p>TEAM Paliwal helped me secure my first property! It was an up and down road to say the least, but their patience and perseverance closed the deal and helped me get through it as well. They treat you with the utmost respect, give you the best knowledge; and try their best in every situation. There was a couple times where his whole team was unable to provide a showing to my father for our time, however, that happens sometimes. When times got rough, he did not back out, instead they helped me and assisted. They are a great team of real estate agents and even a better team of human beings. I highly recommend team Paliwal to Home Buyers as they treat you like family! One issue that arose was the value of the property bought, as it turned out to be lower than expected after the sale. This was hard to predict at the time of the sensitive market, however, a little more research would have saved me time and money. However, all in all, a great experience!</p>
