Tamara came to each meeting on time and well prepared. She got back to me quickly to reply to any inquiry (on the same day in most cases). She was honest in letting me know how long it might take for my unit to sell and was encouraging when it took a bit longer than I was comfortable with. She provided feedback from each showing and took steps to keep my unit front and center with other realtors and buyers. She assisted me when I received an offer in making a counter offer and the selling process. She was very knowledgable about the current market conditions and successfully negotiated the sale on my behalf. I would highly recommend Tamara as a realtor; she displayed incredible professionalism, was supportive and encouraging and provided clear information that assisted me in making decisions.

There is no doubt in my mind that the process of selling my home would have been much more stressful had it not been for Tamara. Highly knowledgeable, collaborative and motivated, Tamara took the time to answer all of my questions, and was quick to respond whenever I reached out to her.
