Stephen was the perfect agent to help my wife and I. We were pregnant during the sale our old home and the purchase of our new home, he was extremely accommodating and made the whole process as painless as could be. Transacting property during COVID was a daunting task but Stephen helped us navigate the intricacies and got our old home sold in less than a week. Throughout the entire process he was very patient and made sure we did not rush the sale of our home or the purchase of our next home. Without a doubt Stephen will be our go-to realtor for any future real estate endeavours!

We can not speak highly enough of our experience with Stephen. A few years ago he helped us purchase our first home and most recently the sale of the same property. We had lots of interest the first few weeks but no offers. Stephen noticed that everyone was saying the same thing. The second bedroom was too small. We had the room setup as an office and people did not think a bed would fit. After following his recommendation to stage it as a bedroom, we received an offer from the next showing.
