Right from the beginning Che was very honest about the market and price we should list at. Throughout the process he was supportive on decisions we made and gave very helpful suggestions, when it came time to negotiations Che was awesome. He knew what we wanted to get and did his best to help us get to that point! The whole process was a rewarding experience and we are happy with the final outcome. I should add he sold our house During the COVID pandemic. The market was low and people weren’t buying/showing. Che’s expertise showed during this time and we sold at the most difficult time!
