Sonia is an above and beyond realtor. Her availability to us was/is 10 out of 10 when it came to viewing houses, help with the entire buying process and any questions that we had. The house that we wanted had an accepted offer on it and she suggested putting in a backup offer on it even when we hadn’t put our house up for sale yet. Needless to say, fast forward, our backup offer became the accepted offer, we sold our house and got the house that we wanted all because Sonia went the extra mile with us ! Sonia is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, over and above helpful in all the big things and the small things in the house buying process. We are grateful to have found her. We highly recommend Sonia as a realtor because she will be with you every step of the way .
