Services offered by Shalon and her group included a staging consult, beautiful listing photos, drone footage of our property and a video highlighting the special qualities. We really liked that someone from Shalon’s group was always present at showings which resulted in timely feedback. Additionally, after we sold our place Shalon arranged for a service to complete a move out clean. In terms of negotiations, we were very impressed with Shalon’s skill and attention to detail. She is a stellar negotiator and communicator and always had our best interests at heart. We would highly recommend Shalon and her group for any of your real estate needs.
