We first met Rachel in 2016 when our Mother decided to downsize and relocate to a condo. Rachel had arranged for us to tour several units available throughout the city. Once we found the "one", she guided us through the offer process. We are certain we didn't overpay due to Rachel's negotiation skills. Earlier this year, our Mother passed away and when it came time to sell the condo we again obtained Rachel to handle the sale. Rachel advised us on furniture placement and added her own decorative items to assist in the staging. The pictures for the listing were amazing. The communications of upcoming showings and resulting follow ups were timely and well received. Again Rachel's guidance during the offer stage was valuable. We can highly recommend Rachel, whether you are buying or selling.

I would 100% recommend Rachel (and Dave). They really go to bat for you in negotiations. They are a full service team, everything from staging, photos and walkthroughs. I honestly don't think we would have got the price (selling and buying) we got without them. A+.
