Rachel is an outstanding Real Estate Agent. We have been dealing with her for nine plus years now, and have had nothing but top qaulity service from her. She is very in tune and up to date with the current market. Her easy communication skills make it a stress free experience, and we all know how stressful selling/purchasing a home can be. We would highly reccomend her for all your Real Estate Agent needs. We will never use another agent. She definetley goes over and above expectations when it comes to her clients.

Working with Rachel Paquette was great. We interviewed several real estate agents (all referred from trusted friends, all highly recommended and accomplished) – a very dynamic and challenging time for the house resale market in KW. Rachel differentiated herself with a defined timeline to prepare for our house for the market, firm feedback on what needed to be done for de-cluttering, and active “roll-up-the-sleeves” work to stage our house including removing and re-positioning our furniture, adding accents and paintings. As the market seemed to shift during our showing window with greater competition, Rachel adjusted strategy to generate more traffic through the house and more buying agent attention. The result: Sale price significantly over our list price and very favourable comparatives against other similar and upgraded properties in our area. This was our fourth house sale and we can honestly say that Rachel put forth more effort than the other selling agents combined. Rachel went above and beyond and we highly recommend her.

What a team! From the beginning of this process we felt secure in knowing we were in the best hands. Rachel and Dave are professional, consistent and so knowledgable. They are both very intuitive and take the time to really get to know their clients and exactly what they are looking for. We always felt that our needs were beyond met and that our very best interests were at the top of mind.
