Greg is a fantastic seller and a very kind and professional person. Our 'case' was peculiar: we had just bought our house a few months earlier, but we already needed to sell it again for some reasons that we could not have foreseen. The house was beautiful and centrally located in Ottawa, but our previous agent told us we should keep it for a while longer before selling if we did not want to lose money. Not convinced by this, we decided to look for a second opinion, and this was when we contacted Greg. While looking to buy our house, we had stumbled upon Greg's name, and we were impressed by his selling skills after learning that he had sold a beautiful but 'difficult to sell' property in a timely manner and at a very good price. As soon as he came to see our property, Greg assured us that it was indeed possible to sell it for more than we paid for and without losing any money at all. We decided to trust him: he delivered. Greg knows Ottawa's market inside out: he knows when and at what price is reasonable to sell. He has an extensive portfolio of potential buyers, and on top of this, he helps put the house on the market by engaging a stager and a skilled photographer. We were very impressed by his organization and by his marketing strategy. We are forever grateful to Greg for helping us come out from a difficult situation in the smoother way possible. We have sold houses before, but it was just something else this time. We wholeheartedly recommend Greg and his team to everyone who needs to sell their property. Greg has sold twi homes for us .Both times for well overasjing price and setting records for sale price on street . They sold with in a week or two after being listed .This also allowed us the ability to follow are dreams highly recommend using Greg if you are thinking of selli g your home or looking for a new home!

Choosing Greg as our realtor was the best decision we could have made. Greg had years of experience in Ottawa and proven performance in our neighbourhood. He had just recently sold our neighbour’s unit for a great price and then dropped a handwritten card in our mailbox to contact him if we were interested in selling (which of course we were). We really liked the fact that he operated with a team and had cultivated a network across Canada - not just in Ottawa. We wanted a good marketing plan with a wide net and we got it. He produced an excellent video for our home, used a talented stager, and had a professional photographer take the pictures. The house looked great and it’s value was truly evident. Our timing was a challenge but Greg kept confident, kept working hard, and encouraged us along the way - through the ups and downs of a unpredictable covid market. He stayed optimistic and we ultimately found the right buyers!

Greg is amazing! 6 stars out of 5. Professional and very experienced and knowledgeable. Very responsive, great attention to detail, and excellent communicator. He has made the experience through this process amazing. From beginning to end, everything went so seamlessly, coordinated, and smooth - from initial meeting to sold...and even after sold, he is so great with getting us connected with the right services for post sale and move. Definitely highly recommended. Great service, great to work with, will not be disappointed.
