From day 1 it was a pleasure working with Greg. He respected all the Covid-19 protocols when visiting our house. He took time to listen and answer all our questions and explain how to get our house to market. We were especially impressed with the pictures and video he created, that helped explain and visualize the highlights of our property. If someone is looking for an agent to help overseas buyers, look no further. While other agents will ignore you or be scared of you. Greg and his team will go above and beyond to help you out. They will be your friend and family and take care of you like their own. If your a buyer, they will check the house to make sure that it meets your expectations. The experience Greg brings is not comparable. Other agents do not even come close. Please do not go anywhere else!

Greg was amazing. So professional. And always on top of things. I felt like we were his only clients. Also, his network of adjunct professionals like mortgage broker, house stager, etc. was like a finely tuned machine. Finally, his read on the market and how to price the house was magical.

<p>I heard a commercial on CFRA and made a note of the phone number. I called and was connected to Greg Hamre. He was very attentive and took over my situation of selling my late cousins house. I met him at the house and he evaluated the house and we came up with an estimated value. The house was listed and showed for one week. There was 10 viewings. The following Monday the bids were accepted and we chose the winning bid. Working with Greg was very easy as an executor I have never been through this before. He made every thing plain to me and the house sold. I am very relieved. Greg was a great partner in this deal.</p>
