Greg & the Hamre Team....met and exceeded all my expectations from our initial meeting till the "sold" sign was installed. Greg is very professional, cares about his clients and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Real Estate albeit in Ottawa proper or in the outlying regions. Just a quick example of how Greg is invested with his clients.....prior to our first showing of my house (house wasn't even listed and the Hamre Team found me a buyer) which happened 48 hours prior to it being listed...since my wife and I were away in Tremblant, Greg personally went to my house and steam cleaned our carpets so they would show well for the visit. Hence, my house was purchased by the first viewers and the "sold" sign was installed without really being on the open market.
