Jamie was amazing. He brought boxes, packed some, carried out to the garage boxes I had packed; to clean out house and make it more presentable for sale. There were repairs that needed to be done and he hired professionals to do repairs, cut grass and do final cleaning. Being a widowed senior with some mobility issues his hard work and guidance every step of the way on my timeline was truly appreciated. The extra percentage he charges was well worth it, considering everything that was done that was included. Got well over the asking price because of all his hard work , advice and marketing abilities.
