Jim maintained a positive outlook during an uncertain real estate market. Our home was presented to perspective buyers with a must view media presentation. Our home slid quickly with no issues. I would openly recommend Jim to anyone. He also deserves an extra star beyond a 5 star rating.

Jim specialized in helping seniors downsize or transition out of their family home. He was very helpful and knows how to make seniors and their families feel confident in the process. Despite a slow market, we ended up at a good price and closing. Jim was great to work with!

Jim outlined the strategy for the whole sale process and supported us every step of the way. He communicated every development with us and discussed ways to deal with them. This was particularly helpful as we encountered a couple of tricky situations. We always felt that he was looking out for our best interests and were very comfortable with him as our agent. I would not hesitate to use him again in any buy or sell real estate transaction and only wish I had known him before for my previous transactions.

Despite a "challenging" market Jim not only delicately managed expectations but also got us a fair price for our property!! His communication was when necessary and extremely transparent. At no point did we ever feel pressured to make a decision. He offered information and advice, when asked, and allowed us to make decisions we'd be comfortable making. 100% would recommend and use his services again.

I was selling my mother's house with my sisters and Jim sold it, quicker than I thought. He did a great job with the photos, video, and the home staging. I would highly recommend him to family and friends!
