I was lucky to meet Warren and get his help to purchase a nice apartment, it went very smoothly and the most important thing for me was that comfortable feeling I felt especially I am new to Canada and I didn't have any experience or knowledge about the real estates . We were impressed with how knowledgeable Warren was. It was our first time buying a condo. He lead us through the process explaining how the condo market works. We could call him anytime and he would answer any questions we had. If he didn’t know the answer he would find out. Warren was very patient with us which we appreciated.
