Tammy skillfully helped us sell our beloved acreage and buy our wonderful new home. She patiently guided us through every step of the process. Her knowledge and experience is vast. She was especially supportive and understood the significance of the huge change in lifestyle we were about to experience. She responded to our texts and phone calls in a timely manner. In fact, she was so responsive she made us feel like we were her only clients, even though she had many other clients. Within 12 hours of listing we had two offers on our acreage. Within 48 hours we had an accepted offer on our acreage and an accepted offer on our new home. We had a long list of wants for our new home. It has 18 of the 20 wish list items we had. We were thrilled about that.Tammy negotiated great deals for both transactions. She was fair and ethical. When it came time to plan our big move she gave us helpful referrals. Tammy lights up when she talks about how much she loves her work. It is evident in everything she does. She is sincere and genuine. For example, our acreage had a unique history and we were very attached to it; Tammy made a photo book for us of our property with the professional pictures she had taken. We made an epic move and it went smoothly thanks to Tammy's epic efforts.

Tammy is an amazing realtor! She put up with me (and some of my family) for probably six months. She was always super positive and when I was feeling discouraged she insured me we would find the right house. Tammy encouraged me to not settle and to not pay more than I was comfortable with. She would pick my mom up so that mom could go to viewings when I was away at work, she really went above and beyond what my expectations for a realtor were. Tammy is super approachable and awesome/easy to work with. She has a lot of knowledge when it comes to types of plumbing, how old electrical is etc.../she also let's you know how certain things like location/ about number bedrooms etc will affect resale valueI. I ultimately bought a house that Tammy and my mom initially looked at. Tammy was able to pinpoint what I really wanted after the first couple of veiwings. I value her as a professional and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an actual home.

Tammy Polley is incredible, so helpful and knowledgeable to work with, listening to my needs, solved any hiccups that came up, we did everything by corresponding via texting and emails since I lived in Calgary, I would totally recommend Tammy for any of your realtor needs, tremendous lady would definitely work with her again!!
