Jonathan from the get-go responded to my text message within 10 minutes when we were interested in purchasing a home. Its been a long time since we purchased so we had to be hand held through it all. Jonathan was patient, throughout, and detailed. Made sure we were comfortable and asked us if we had any questions and was genuine. We googled and chatgpt'd and his name was mentioned twice plus hes very active on social media. He was very responsive to messages, and offered to help us with delivering a parcel for us as we were having issues doing it electronically. Right up until closing and beyond he always gave us next steps, summarized what we were doing, and ensured that we had everything in order. We are so glad to have chosen Jonathan. You can tell he loves his job and helping people. You won't be disappointed when chosing him for selling or buying. We would use him again in a heart beat when we decide to sell.
