Aldo is a fantastic real estate agent. He has over 30 years experience and we were able to sell our home for well above asking and found a great new place. He was always available for questions and also helped arrange painting, staging and some home improvements. I will definitely use him again in the future. 5 stars all the way.

I was tight on time for closing on a condo and Aldo kept me calm, organized and focused. I had already sold my house, and with the market exceptionally tight, he quickly found a place that matched my needs. It was in a neighbourhood I hadn’t even considered yet turned out to be perfect. Then, when the vendor suddenly insisted on an unreasonable delay closing, Aldo adroitly handled negotiations and got them to back down. Aldo is straight-forward, respectful, reliable, and a fantastic communicator.

Aldo assisted us in selling our 2 properties in Oshawa, Ontario. He went above and beyond to prepare our properties. We needed some renovations for both locations, and he set up the construction team, got approval for the budgets and they worked as fast as possible to complete the projects and prepare to advertise? He also worked closely with tenants to prep their units and address any concerns they had along the way. Since we were out of the area, Aldo was amazing person to lead these projects and connect with us when necessary. Since the real estate market was adjusting, he worked quickly to address any feedback that could help us in selling our properties. He also made great suggestions and strategies to move forward and receive great offers. Aldo is friendly, honest and professional! We would highly recommend him to other homeowners looking to sell or purchase property. We couldn’t be happier with him and our transactions.

Excellent agent! Provided me with amazing assistance in managing to declutter 29 years of living. His free van complete with men to assist me took loads to the dump, to recycling depots and to donation sites. I wouldn't have survived without this incredible service.

This is the fifth time I've gone through the house buying and selling process and Aldo provided me with the best experiences of any of the other agents. Not to say they were bad, they were all quite good, Aldo however raised the bar. I have no problem recommending him to family and friends. His communications were prompt, on topic and always professional. I also thought he represented me very well in all situations and managed the variety of personalities involved in the process extremely well. Overall, both buying and selling were incredibly positive experiences that exceeded my expectations.
