Aleya came highly recommended and surely didn’t disappoint. From our initial meeting to discuss the possibility of selling my place - Aleya was prompt, professional and informative. She was organized and had a plan in place on the marketing, showing and pricing of the property within days. Even my tenants were very happy and impressed with her dealings, accommodating all the showings. She checked and double checked everything for me and to to say she is patient and kind is an understatement. She was a pleasure to deal with. Aleya always took or returned calls and answered every question that I had (even the dumb ones) She was able to negotiate for me and get the price I wanted - and always hustled hard. I met Aleya a couple of years ago and she impressed me from the moment I met her with her knowledge of my neighbourhood and her professional attitude. When I decided to sell my place, she was the first person that I thought of to call to represent me and I couldn"t be happier with the results. She guided me through what had to be done to show my place and even arranged for a handyman to come to my place and fix a couple of small things like tightening cabinet door pulls and paint touch-ups. She sold my place in three days with confidence and class and walked me through everything that would happen. I even went on a holiday, leaving everything in her hands, knowing that she would look after anything that might occur while I was away. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor. Her integrity and work ethic are unsurpassed. It was a total pleasure working with her.
