Living 5 hours drive to Osoyoos we found ourselves with the responsibility of having to sell my wife's elderly brother's house. He became unable to care for it properly and it needed lots of work. We searched on line, and spoke with locals to find a realtor. to work with us. Alina stood out to us as comments I read about her retuning calls and following up quickly caught our attention. My first attempt at contacting her did get a quick return communication, all the way from Romania, where she was vacationing and visiting her mother. We decided to work with her as soon as she returned. We knew we had to get the house empty and cleaned. She gave us great advice as to what was needed with our our part of the preparations to present the house for sale. We spent a week and a half working on following her advice which resulted in a well prepped home. Then her sales and real estate and marketing skills brought a relatively quick sale, given the weakening local market at that time. I think we were very lucky to have come upon Alina and her honesty. A genuine professional.
