Allison is an AMAZING realtor! We couldn't have found a better agent to help us find our first home! From the very beginning, meeting her was a breeze - she was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient in explaining the entire process to us. She emailed us a full package of documentation and went over every single one with us so we understood all the ins and outs of the process. She gave us tips about neighborhoods we were looking at and familiarizing us with other parts of the city we hadn't quite explored yet. Spending time with Allison and looking at houses was a genuine treat! I knew form the moment we met with her that she was the perfect agent for us and our needs. We ended up finding our forever home within the first week of searching and had to do a long possession date due to work commitments, but she was constantly available for questions or any concerns that might arise along the way. Her ability to keep in contact and remember important dates during the 2 month close was greatly appreciated! We felt valued and that we were being taken care of from the start of the process to the very end (even afterwards, she would touch base to ensure we were comfortable and happy).
