We recently purchased a new home out of Province and had to quickly sell our home in Caledon East. We interviewed a few agents from the area and decided upon Aman Singh. The selection was easy. His preparedness for our first meeting was impressive. He provided research from multiple sources, made a professional presentation and presented himself as a real estate professional. The next two weeks were hectic in preparing our house for sale. Aman helped us by providing a staging service, cleaning service and was present for all activities. Even to the extent of physically moving furniture during clean out. Once the house was live on the MLS there was lots of activity in the first few days resulting in 6 offers after only three days. The winning offer was a firm deal above asking price. During the entire process we were kept informed by Aman and he was available to us at any time. I must also add that all this took place during Covid. Aman took every precaution to ensure our safety and that of our prospective purchasers. To summarize I have no hesitation to recommend this young man for your real estate needs.
