Amar has been a breath of fresh air. In a fast pace climate with real estate agents who are determined to capitalize on fast spending and low mortgage rates, Amar's calm, yet calculated approach to purchasing has created nothing short of an enjoyable, safe, and secure experience. At the beginning of my search, I was confused and didn't really know exactly what I was looking for. I provided Amar with a set of parameters and in very short order, he was able to narrow down my preferences, optimal search, and ideal houses for my liking - all before I even knew exactly what I wanted! He made sure I stayed calm, understood the competition and possible purchase prices of each property we looked at, and ensured I always remained competitive in my offers and approach without ever pressuring me. In the end, I was able to secure a very lovely unit at a very reasonable price. In the midst of all this, I thought purchasing a house would be chaotic, but working with Amar has made the it seamless.
