We consulted with Andra in November 2023. At the time she advised us to wait until market conditions improved. Since we were not in a rush to sell we followed her advice. When the time came to sell in March 2024 we had used the time to make the recommended improvements. Her team deep cleaned and staged our home. We couldn’t have been happier with the timing and pricing for the market. Our sale was completed in four days. Andra negotiated effectively on our behalf and in consultation with us.
