would like to share our experience with Sales Representative Andra Arnold in the selling of my recently passed mother's Townhouse in Guelph, Ont. Andra's professionalism, knowledge and expertise in this field was above and beyond any past experience we've had with agents. This provided a sense that we were truly getting the value for the commission. Our distance away made many simple seller's responsibilities difficult, however Andra and her team offered and did an excellent job on so many of these tasks; from staging, cleaning, content clearing and disposal. Andra's extensive knowledge was found extremely valuable in not only knowing the market, but also her guidance on estate sales. This location sold over asking price and in one weeks time. Andra went above and beyond to sell my current home and to help me find my new home in a new town. She travelled outside of her typical boundaries to provide me with support during this transition.
