From our very first meeting, to the sale of my Vancouver condo, Andreas worked tirelessly to achieve a very satisfactory sale. His expert knowledge of the neighborhood and the condo building itself proved vital in securing a sale at a price I was very satisfied with and within a reasonable time frame. Through viewings by appointment and open houses, in tandem with a detailed marketing plan, he was able to generate a great deal of interest. His professional approach in a very unstable market allowed him to focus on the task at hand and achieve the desired result. Throughout the process he was always accessible and returned my texts or emails promptly, as well as giving me constant updates.
