I just moved here in August 2025, with no credit score, no banking or employment history in Canada. The first Realtor I met told me there was no chance of buying a home until I was here at least a year. Then I met Andrew at a open house. With his introductions, experience and guidance we bought our own home in December 2025! He was always available to talk, advised me to be patient when I wanted to buy a house on impulse, and amazingly got us $31,000 knocked of the asking price of our home. Thank you Andrew.
