Andrew was very professional, and gave me peace of mind that all the details were taken care of. He and his team did a phenomenal job of marketing my property, and generated multiple over-asking offers within days of it hitting the market. I highly recommend Andrew, and would absolutely work with him again on my next real estate transaction.

Working with Andrew was a positive experience from Day 1. He was always readily available for contact; either in person or over the phone. He immediately recognized the best way to work with me was to be open, provide reasonable recommendations, and to not waste my time. He was quick to provide insight on areas in the city in which we may wish to purchase. The online app he set us up on forwarded listings that were matches to what we were seeking. Some of our dealings with Andrew were from another province; yet, it presented no challenges. I would absolutely recommend working with Andrew and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again.

Andrew was an amazing realtor for helping me find my first home. He really walked me through the process patiently, provided useful and necessary knowledge about the areas I was looking at, and truly looked out for my best interests. When it came time to sell my home all of a sudden for work reasons he once again was there every step of the way and made the transition seamless. 100% The best Agent you could ask for!

We found Andrew a bit by accident as he just happened to be the listing agent on a home that we liked on Realtor.ca. As we were buying from out of province and didn't have any other Realtors we knew in NB, we reached out directly to him to inquire about that particular home. After our first conversation with Andrew it was clear that he was very knowledgeable about the market and the community, was very engaging to speak to, and had our best interest at heart. The home we originally reached out to him about was already under contract, but we carried on our East Coast search with Andrew as "our guy" because of that initial phone call. I can't say enough good things about our experience with him during the process of finding our new home. Through the search, offers, closing, and even communications and check-ins after we moved in; our experience has been a 10/10. We put a lot of trust in him and really leaned on his expertise and insight though our entire time working together, and he truly exceeded any expectations that we had. I sing his praises any chance we get because he, and the team at Decourcey & Co., were SUCH a pleasure to work with. We feel so welcomed in to our new community and so happy with our new home!

We bought land from Andrew this summer and although due to Covid 19, we weren't able to meet face to face, it didn't matter. We felt that he had our back and communicated clearly with us every step of the way. We were very happy to have worked with Andrew and will be doing so again when we sell our home in the next couple of year. I have since referred Andrew King to my sister for a purchase she's making and he's looking after her very well. He doesn't know it but I think he's become our family realtor.

Andrew helped my mother buy a new condo and sell the home she had lived in for 35 years. We could not have gotten through this process without Andrew. He took his time to make sure my mother understood each step of the process, he was kind and considerate and understanding that this was not only an emotional move for her, but overwhelming at times. Andrew went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable each step of the process and manage the information flow to her so as not to overwhelm her with too much information or too many decisions at a time. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the condo he showed her and also made sure to understand the factors that made her home stand out so he could sell her home quickly. The process of buying and selling went very quickly and smoothly. Andrew excels as a real estate agent not only because of his knowledge of the market, the way he communicates to his clients by taking the time to know his client and what works for them, but because he truly cares about people.
