I was very nervous and hesitant about selling my long time family home and buying another. But, Angie came along and made the whole process much more tolerable and relaxing. She always followed up on every concern or questions involving our decision making. She is trustworthy and knows the business, which helped us to make decisions much easier. In July 2020 Angie helped me with the purchase of a new home in the highly competitive market of Hespeler village in Cambridge. Angie was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and helped me secure the home I really wanted despite there being several other bids for the home. She was available for the multiple viewings of the home at my request and made herself available to attend the home with me several times after the purchase was complete to meet with contractors. Angie is so great. We bought outside of town and she was the only realtor that would do both my home purchase and my home selling due to my new home being outside of town.
