The previous reviews contain ours from 7 years ago and the opinion is the same except we did have to use her services before the rest home. We bought a house with our son and Ann went way above the normal in helping us to decide what to do. She was super in every regard and made the transaction flawless. I always refer her to anyone i know who could use her expertise.
