Anthony, helped my wife and I list and sell our house. I’ve had good experiences with Real Estate Agents as there are a lot out there. But working with Anthony was next level from the response times to the coaching, yes, coaching. He ensured we were prepared for the listing by guiding us on how to de-clutter and ensuring the place was presentable for photos and showings. Prior to the home being listed there was pre-marketing and when the home hit the market we had 6 showings in less than 24 hour and 4 offers. We were blown away by how smooth the process was from pre-listing, preparation, photos and then through the sale. Given the tight timeline that we had, we could not have done this without him and the Hack and Co. team.
