I was introduced to April a number of years ago when I first thought about selling my Colwood condo. She provided accurate, up to date market info, valuation and marketing options, even though she knew I was just a "maybe" at best, and as it turned out, just dreaming at that time. This spring when the market was hot I did finally decide to sell, so went back to April. She had her old file, knew the building and the unit, so was able to move very quickly. The current marketing strategy seems to be list just below market to get attention, and try to elicit multiple bids to create a competition. That is exactly the outcome achieved. From the time the unit went on MLS it was only a couple of days until we had competing offers which were ratcheted up to the price I was actually seeking. April kept me informed hour by hour. I think that is everything a seller looks for in their agent, and recommend her without reservation to other sellers. KT

I recently sold a rental property and April Spackman was excellent! She worked hard and I appreciated her communication and knowledge. The existing tenants were very difficult. I was amazed how well she handled everything especially as I didn’t have to be involved with getting showing access or the tenants at all. The house sold quickly and for $100K over asking.
