She was absolutely outstanding and I thank her so much for her dedication to me and making me feel like I was the most important customer. I will definitely be using her in the future and referring her to family & friends.</p>

<p>We purchased a house and April was the selling agent. She was very accommodating with viewing times, and she went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly... when the sale was complete, she rented us a moving van and bought us dinner as a token of appreciation. April was just fantastic! We were out of province home searchers with little knowledge of the market. From the beginning to the end, and even after we took possession of our home April was always available to respond to our questions, she was really mindful about our needs and very courteous. She is also a stunning negotiator with an excellent knowledge of the current market. April was available any time of the day and was very patient. She responded to all our questions with accuracy and ensured that the process we were going through was as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend her and if we ever have to sell or buy again, April will be my first choice without any hesitation.
