She is also a stunning negotiator with an excellent knowledge of the current market. April was available any time of the day and was very patient. She responded to all our questions with accuracy and ensured that the process we were going through was as smooth as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend her and if we ever have to sell or buy again, April will be my first choice without any hesitation.
