Aram was extremely knowledgeable and approachable throughout our buying process. This was our fourth time working with him. He took the time to really clarify our wants/needs and what property would best suit this. He helped us consider our long term goals in this process. He was able to communicate effectively in a way that was understandable/relatable to someone who is not as familiar with the real estate market. He was prompt with his actions and was very confident with his skills which helped us close a great deal.
