I literally met Arjun Chhabra by chance. I was driving in a neighbourhood and saw a for sale sign. I called the agent that was listed for that property and that’s how we connected. I really liked Arjun’s professionalism and ability to get me the information I needed quickly. When I found the property I liked, i wanted to see it a couple times to make sure I was making the right decision. This did not frustrate Arjun at all. Instead he quickly booked the showing and took the time to show me the property again and again. I ended up buying the property and I am 100% sure I made the right decision. Thanks Arjun for being professional, patient, quick and knowledgeable.

Arjun is young & dynamic & it is a pleasure to deal with him. He is upfront, clear & communicates clearly & most importantly represented my interest to be buyer. His research on the geographical area & different pricing models were very helpful in securing top $$ for the property. He is patient and has good negotiation skills @ this young age. Will hire him anytime again in a heartbeat, if & when situation permits.
