Asheton was extremely helpful in helping us both sell our existing home and find a new one. He listened to all our wishes and always addressed them in a positive way with a smile. In the purchase process, we kept changing our search criteria and Asheton was always extremely responsive and accommodating. We looked all around Calgary and the surrounding communities, at everything from condos to townhomes and houses. We ended up finding our dream home at a price we could afford.

Asheton was always able to answer our questions. If we had a showing Asheton always highlighted our home. When we sold Asheton was celebrating with us. We were able to fine a home quickly and closed on what we wanted to offer. Asheton always was positive and had a smile on his face. He is easy going and very professional.

Asheton was covering for our main realtor when we met him, and I was SO impressed with him. Not only did he hit the ground running with us, it was a smooth transition. We had seen over 80 houses when Asheton came in, and we were at the stage where we were making offers. He was super patient with us with all of our questions as first time buyers in Alberta - and completely new to the province as well, so while we didn't need to go through the process of neighbourhood reviews with him, he was still instrumental in recommending service providers, house inspections etc. We had two offer processes to go through with him - one which was very difficult as there were issues on the seller side and ended up falling through, and (our dream house!) which we finalized quickly, professionally and without any issues. We were very happy with the final numbers, and are very grateful that our original realtor, Ariel Buenaventura, was able to recommend such a great realtor to cover for him!
