We highly recommended working with Ashley Oddo. She was very patient in helping us search for the perfect home, at a great price and in the area we wanted. Ashley is personable, honest and very knowledgeable about the market. Her honesty and attention to detail is valuable. Ashley noticed even the small details and was able to explain things we knew nothing about when viewing houses; And that reassured me Ashley is in the real estate profession for her clients. She was prompt with responses, scheduling showings and was able to answer all questions we had through the process. When it came down to putting in an offer, booking inspections and all the details that come along with purchasing a home Ashley was on top of it. We can’t thank Ashley enough!!!

We were happy with our experience working with Ashley. She was helpful and patient as we went through the process to buy a home. We felt that she was honest and had our best interests in mind, and that she did her very best to help us find the right house for us. We never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with, or to look at homes that weren't a good fit for us. She was very responsive to our text messages and sent us new listings regularly. When we did make offers on homes (we ended up making 4 offers total), she was quick to update us on what was happening with the offer. She helped us to navigate buying a home during a very 'hot' market where nice homes were receiving multiple offers and selling extremely quickly.

Third time I used Ashlee. Very impressed with he knowledge, her attention to detail and he tenacity in getting the job done. If you have a property to list or are in the market to buy, I strongly recommend Ashlee Oddo. And. Her follow up is exceptional and Luke other realtors I have dealt with in the past, she does not forget your name once the ink dries on the sales contract!!!
