As first time home buyers, we were excited but anxious about all the things we had to learn about entering the real estate market. We wanted someone who would listen to us and guide us in our process as we knew that buying in this market would be tough. We met with Anthony who sat down with us, went through the home buying process, and answered all of our questions. Anthony was there for us every step of the way. He was extremely responsive to any requests we had for showings or for more information about a property. He never encouraged us to settle for anything less than what we were hoping for. He was extremely encouraging throughout the process which was appreciated as after 12 offers where we were outbid and an emotional roller coaster, we stayed the course and we were able to get into our dream home. He was again excellent, guiding us through negotiations, inspections, all the way up to closing day. We would highly recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking for a realtor, especially first time home buyers.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A REALTOR THAT CAN GET IT DONE ASAP!!! 👩‍🏫 Here is my review: I am a 2nd time home buyer, and a second time seller as well. I have used different agents in the past. I am writing this review for the agent I recently chose because she deserves recognition! 🥇 I wanted to write a GREAT review for the Hilton Team as I genuinely and thoroughly enjoyed working with Andrea Hilton - Ask Hilton - Hilton Home Team!!! 🏡 During my experience with Andrea, she demonstrated her professionalism and expertise when it came to understanding the current local real estate market. She priced my home at a competitive price that I agreed to and which drew a lot of interest to my property. 💲💲💲 Furthermore, Andrea knew what I had to accomplish prior to listing in order to attract as many prospective buyers as possible. She didn’t beat around the bush, gave me clear and concise instructions, which I followed, and which I am very thankful for. I am grateful that I was able to consult expert advice to follow during this entire process. 👩👨‍🦱👱👱‍♀️👱‍♂️🧑‍🦰👩‍🦰 💁🏽‍♀️👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨 We ended up with several offers for my property and of course I chose the best one for my specific situation, with Andrea’s guidance. At several points during the sales process, Andrea used her impeccable negotiation skills with the buyer’s realtor, in order to secure a favourable and fair deal for myself, which she went above and beyond with by the way, during our journey together as seller and realtor. 👩‍💼 I call it a journey, but it was a very short, quick and painless journey, actually. We had 2 open houses, several private viewings, and within a few days, literally, my house was SOLD (and all offers, for more than we thought!) Andrea, my realtor, was organized, punctual, and kept the transaction of selling my home moving smoothly the entire time. 🕰️ Andrea also showed her integrity and honesty throughout the process, never sugar coating anything. She also was patient with me, as I am an anxious person by nature and she always had the time to answer my additional questions. ❓❓❓ She also took extra time to explain terms that I did not understand within real estate terminology. She called/texted me as often as needed and summarized all info contained in the paperwork I needed to sign and made sure I understood all of the terms prior to signing. Andrea’s communication and responsiveness was informative and prompt, I was always kept “in the loop” and was never left hanging. 📋��Andrea also went above and beyond in her role as my realtor, and did something for me personally at my house, in order to help save me the time and worry. “One less thing to be anxious about”, she would say or “Positive energy only!” I appreciated her empathy towards my specific situation.
