Justian provided an experience like no other. He was very informative, patient and proactive with pretty much every part of the process. Any questions I had, I just sent them to Justian and I would get a prompt, detailed response which we really appreciated as clueless first time buyers. Justian was also very dedicated to helping us find the location the ticket our boxes and he also held us accountable when we tried to bypass our own requirements! We began our home search from 3 provinces away. Eric ZOOMed with us and began sending properties to us right away. He was familiar with the selections made in the portal and when we arrived in Calgary for our buying trip he had an excellent group of homes lined up for us. He suggested a few homes that were not initially on our list and one of them we ultimately purchased. He made the long-distance purchase easy and stress-free for us. We bought our house on our second day of viewing. Eric was excellent to deal with. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others!
