Ben helped us sell our old house and buy a new one. He is kind, friendly and has alot of experience and knowledgeable about real estate. He answered all of our questions and gave us very good advice on how to sell and buy. We listened to everything he said and were able to purchase a house that we really wanted. Ben's pricing strategies also allowed us to sell our previous house super quickly. We are very happy with these results. 5 out of 5 starts are not enough. Thank you so much Ben, you are awesome!

<p>This isn’t the first time Ben has helped me out, when I first arrived in Calgary Ben helped me find a condo. He was very careful to make sure everything was what I needed. This time I got Ben to help me sell my house. Once more I wasn’t disappointed, he helped give me tips on what I should do to make the sale look a little more appealing. If I had a question he answered lickety split. I never had to wait to hear from him. He manage to get what I was asking as well. It didn’t hurt that he showed a lot of respect and has a great personality. If I was to do this again I would get Ben to help for sure.</p>

Scott listened to all of our needs, answered all of our questions (including the dumb ones), and was quick to respond at all hours making sure we were taken care of.</p> <p>Scott was able to book our last minute viewing requests and changes, and kept us in check to keep us within our budget. He gave us unfiltered opinions on viewings and let us know when "renovated" homes were of poor craftsmanship. Living in a condo for 18 years and buying our first house, Scott pointed out a lot of details that we would have overlooked which made our decision making easier.</p> <p>When we found a home we loved, Scott was able to negotiate our many of our requests with the seller and managed to get us an additional $1500 off our agreed offer. Scott made sure all of the questions we had for the buyer were answered and followed up with us immediately after hearing back.</p> <p>Scott and Ben were a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them!</p>

You are probably wondering why you only see 5 star reviews and thinking to yourself, are these reviews all actually real? Yes they absolutely are. Ben is very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. The current covid market has become a little bit unpredictable and very fast paced with extremely limited inventory in our price range. Ben was ready to jump at anything that peaked our interest right away. Most the time I felt like I was his only client as to how much focus he put in our interests. Upon taking us on what seemed like numerous property walk throughs (we were quite picky), he was quick to point out things of interest right away. He was thorough, funny and very personable. As a first time home buyer, you aren't quite sure what you need in a realtor. Ben is all those things you don't even think about. His knowledge base is extensive and will aid you in making the right purchase. I cannot recommend Ben enough, trust me, you will be left in good hands. Solid 10/10.
