<p>Ben was amazing from start to finish. He set very realistic expectations for us, on what to expect throughout the entire process (both on the sale of our old home, and the purchase of the new one). He was available whenever we needed him, and always had the answers to our myriad of questions quick at hand.</p>

<p>I met Ben at an Open House that he was hosting. I didn't buy that house, but he made a great first impression. So, when I was ready to move I called Ben. <p>Working with Ben was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge about properties, the neighborhood and negotiation skills were excellent and helped me throughout the whole process. He provided a very detailed assessment which included the pros and cons as well as his thoughts on each property that I wanted to view. When having the initial conversation with Ben about what my likes/dislikes were and the property I wanted within a specific budget, he made sure to look into those specifics and provide with great suggestions and advice! I was amazed by his professionalism and how great he was with his time management. He was very responsive and always available to help you - something I would always look for in a realtor! Last but not least, he will take away the whole stress of buying and negotiating away from you and will simply make the process a whole easier and stress free!! The overall experience was amazing and Ben is a great person to work with! I would definitely look to him for buying/selling and highly recommend him to everyone else! <p>After reading reviews online for realtors in Calgary, we contacted Ben to help us with purchasing our first home and we were impressed from start to finish. We were living out of town and had a very short timeline to view properties and get into our new condo, about 45 days total, and despite the time crunch the process never felt rushed or stressful. Ben made sure we got a comprehensive understanding of what kind of properties were available and worked hard to make sure we were able to see all the properties we were interested in during a two day trip to Calgary.</p> <p>Within a day of contacting Ben he had us set up with an online search tool to view properties that fit our specific search criteria and also alerted us when new properties became available. When viewing the properties we appreciated his honesty and ability to point out problems or potential issues with properties that we otherwise wouldn't have known to look for. He had a vast knowledge of the city and it's many neighborhoods, allowing us to tailor our search to a few areas that were a great match for what we were looking for.
