<p><br /> Ben was proactive when we needed him to be. Even thought the home Ben sold to us was outside of Calgary, Ben was happy to meet us at the property when it suited us.</p> <p>If we had any additional questions regarding the property, Ben never answered "I don't know", which really is an annoying trait in a person (that I find). Ben was professional and answered "I will get back to you on that", in which Ben did in a very timely fashion.</p> <p>Ben worked very well to represent the buyer and seller on this occasion.</p> <p>If and when the day comes that we go to sell our home, Ben has our business.</p>

Very professional with an experts knowledge of the city, Ben was able to accommodate all needs during the viewing and buying process. Quick to respond to any issues and very concerned for your best interests. Would recommend Ben to any buyer.</p>

<p>Working with Ben was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge about properties, the neighborhood and negotiation skills were excellent and helped me throughout the whole process. He provided a very detailed assessment which included the pros and cons as well as his thoughts on each property that I wanted to view. When having the initial conversation with Ben about what my likes/dislikes were and the property I wanted within a specific budget, he made sure to look into those specifics and provide with great suggestions and advice! I was amazed by his professionalism and how great he was with his time management. He was very responsive and always available to help you - something I would always look for in a realtor! Last but not least, he will take away the whole stress of buying and negotiating away from you and will simply make the process a whole easier and stress free!! The overall experience was amazing and Ben is a great person to work with! I would definitely look to him for buying/selling and highly recommend him to everyone else! He will simply impress you with his skills!</p>
