We met with Ben in advance and made a plan that fit our needs and ensured our home was ready for sale and hit the market at the right time and right price to ensure that we would sell our home in a timely fashion. Thanks to Ben our home sold quickly and for a price we were happy with. We met with Ben several times and he was always very friendly and easy to deal with. Ben was very professional and we enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend Ben and the services he provides and look forward to working with him in the future.</p>

<p>Awesome. Ben educated me on the market and some of the specifics regarding the market and some of the drivers that would influence the sale of my property. He was always there to answer questions and provide balanced advice. At no time did I get the impression that his advice was self-serving & he almost always provided options to every scenario. We sold my property in 12d in a depressed market for less than 0.006% than asking. Boom!!! That says it all...</p>

During site visits he was honest and open with us about both the good and the bad things about each property, and how both the good and the bad aspects would affect our enjoyment as well as the possible resale value. Ben was great at laying things out for us in an unbiased manner, and allowing us to make our own decision based on our wants and needs.<br /> When it came time to make an offer and negotiate, we were pleasantly surprised with how up-front he was with us and clearly outlined the strategy to get a great price for us.<br /> Once the offer was accepted he was always there to answer questions and walk us through the process of closing the deal and getting the keys.<br /> When it came to listing our old home, he was equally as amazing and helped us set up our place for photos and viewings, timed our offer perfectly, and negotiated with our interests in mind.<br /> My experience with Ben was absolutely great, and based on his performance I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent for someone who is serious about buying or selling a home.</p>
